My stay at The Westin from December 26-28, 2019, was a mix of positives and negatives. The faulty door lock was an inconvenience. The premium room was expected to be better.
The hotel offers very comfortable and spacious rooms with a nice bathroom featuring a waterfall shower. The cleanliness is top-notch, and its proximity to the metro station is a huge plus. However, the dining options are limited and quite pricey.
